With roots in Lebanon and Greece, Leila Hassan bridges traditional Mediterranean cooking with contemporary techniques. After training at Le Cordon Bleu and working in restaurants across Athens and Beirut, Leila returned to her home in California to share her fresh approach to Mediterranean cuisine.
